All in the smart print / Crayson
An ambitious new bespoke estate agency needed a compelling brand identity. Focused exclusively on selling houses and luxury flats in the Notting Hill area, the brand wanted to feel established, look smart and confident and stand out from its competitors.
When it came to designing their print, Beam used innovative print techniques and sourced specific materials to ensure that a premium look and feel was achieved without any adverse environmental effects. Coloured FSC boards and papers were used for stationery, folders and brochure covers with a single colour foil. This enabled short-runs for specific properties to be digitally printed and bound with the smart covers. For their launch we produced a bespoke newspaper that was locally distributed; this was printed by a company that uses the make-overs and waste materials from their regular newspaper clients.
