Dominic Latham-Koenig  is one of the founding partners of Beam and has worked in the design industry for more than 20 years.

His extensive knowledge and experience of the design process includes overseeing complex brand identity projects across all media platforms, as well as film and art-direction. His range of clients have included organisations as diverse as the Philharmonia Orchestra and Hiscox Plc, the City of London and Quentin Blake. He has worked on international cultural projects in both Europe (France and Italy) and the Middle East (Abu Dhabi).

Gilmar Wendt Gilmar has 17 years experience working on a diverse range of brand and communications projects. 
Originally a book designer, he spent ten years as a partner and creative director at corporate branding specialist SAS, now part of Publicis, where he lead strategic branding projects for KBC Securities, Peel Hunt and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Gilmar combines a passion for his craft with a deep understanding of business. He often acts as creative and strategic advisor for his clients, working with senior management and helping them to move their business to the next level. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Typographic Designers and regularly judges in design competitions.

Christine Fent has gained her many years of design experience and expertise through working for award-winning creative consultancies in London and abroad.

Her clients include well-known UK and international brands like Royal Mail, Boots, Merrill Lynch and Vodafone, as well as charities such as Disabled Parents Network and public services organisations like the Borough of Islington and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Christine is also one of the founding partners of Beam which she began with Dominic in 2008.
